Lexington Virginia Visitor Center- Virginia

We already knew about the things we wanted to see in Lexington Virginia, but stopping at the visitor center in a town is never a bad idea.

So we stopped by the small but information packed building when we arrived.  The visitor center is right next to the Stonewall Jackson House.  Plus, we would find out that most of the things we wanted to see were all walking distance from here.

A very pleasant fellow asked if we needed any help with our visit.  He did tell us about the carriage rides in the area, and he talked about some other things to see.  He also mentioned that we could park our car in the visitor center parking lot while we explored the town!  That was pretty cool.  No need to worry about street parking or anything like that!  We took advantage of that the whole time we were around!
