"Underground Treasures of the Black Hills" by Bruce A. Raisch

While we were in Rapid City, I bought a really fun book called, "Underground Treasures of the Black Hills" by Bruce A. Raisch.

This was a really fun book to read through on the trip!  It covers caves, mines and museums that you might want to visit in the Black Hills area.  All show caves, mines, and similar attractions are covered.  One of our favorite places in the region, the Mammoth Site, is included.

The book is an easy to read 60 pages, and has a lot of quality b&w photos.  This would be the perfect book to give a younger person before their first trip to the area.
