Tupelo Honey- Johnson City Tennessee

While in Johnson City, we stopped in the old train station which now houses the cozy and happenin' restaurant, Tupelo Honey!

This might be my new favorite small chain restaurant.  There aren't many of them, but the few that are around are in great tourist towns....  I asked someone there about the chain and they told me that the chain started in Asheville (I have heard that from multiple cool restaurants lately.

We had a great meal here.  One thing I loved is that they bring out biscuits with honey before your meal!

They also have a cool train layout!  VERY nice and appropriate touch!
