Like many restaurants in the area, there isn't a lot of dining space, AND there was a food tour group inside. The nice fellow running the place assured us that the group would be out soon, and we picked our pies. My wife went with a very traditional chicken and I had a beef and ale pie.
We got our pies, and, as the group was leaving, we found a nice table to enjoy our meals.
Both were tasty and filling. I like this concept. I was thinking that this is something I would like to see catch on too. Meat pies are underrated!
As we left, another food tour group was coming in! This little restaurant must be on all of the food tour routes!
