Caribou Coffee in Springfield, Illinois
Yeah, yeah, I know that Caribou Coffee isn't exactly an independent coffee shop, but, as I have said before, I love them.
While we were in Springfield, I stopped at this one to enjoy a cup of coffee in a relaxing environment.
