Silverdale Confederate Cemetery in Chattanooga TN

The Silverdale Confederate Cemetery in Chattanooga Tennessee is worth a stop if you appreciate history.  It is sandwiched between a Harley Davidson shop, a hotel, and a McKay's bookstore.  There is a huge sign promoting other chain stores right beside the cemetery.  The cemetery park area itself is very peaceful, but you know you are in an urban shopping area.

There are only a fistful of Markers still here, though 155 men are buried.
