Waybury Inn in East Middlebury Vermont Part 2

After my previous entry on the Waybury Inn in East Middlebury Vermont, I realized that I still had more to say about this place.  Sure, we went because of it's connection to the TV show Newhart, but we would have loved this place just as much if we weren't fans of that show.

The Inn has a very nice bar/restaurant area that is very classy.  We had dinner here both nights and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

In the morning we enjoyed our very nice breakfasts.  One morning we asked our waitress about where they get their syrup from.  We assumed that it came from one of the local places we may have visited on the trip.  Well, they said that they get it from a guy up the road!  How is that for local?
