We stopped by Xanadu Coffee and Creamery a couple of times while we were at West Baden Springs on this visit.
It is a small coffee/ice cream shop inside of the hotel. It was a good place to get coffee in the evening. We did stop by one evening and there were 3 very nice young ladies running the place. They were great to talk to, and they made some good recommendations to us. They gave us "samples" of ice cream that were VERY generous. In fact, the sample alone almost satisfied my craving, but we went ahead and ordered a scoop each. Again, they were generous with their scoops!
I also talked to a young man here one night about the history of the area. He had previously worked at the local museum and just seemed happy to be a part of it all.
We were happy with our treats here in the evenings, and we were glad to talk to young people with good, positive attitudes!
